I have had a recent client signup, Issue is his country was really the only thing that I could see that was the culprit of the rejection with Client Exec.

The Score Was 53.67 ...

Any Suggestions here, I cannot give out customer details or such regards due to privacy reasons. :confused:

If you can and it’s worth it, try coupling the MaxMind system with a Phone verification system. Or better (again if you can and it’s worth it), call him yourself to verify the order.

Though in the end it’s really your call if you want to keep him as a client (and note that MaxMind has indicated increased risk) or reject him.

O.K we have the Credit Card and Phone Verification in Place. The Country has been Verified as High Risk and nothing else seems to be out of the ordinary.

Now when Client Exec rejects an order his account is not setup.
So would I do this manually?

Also, I Cannot Speak his Language.

If you can't support his language and he does not know English, politely reject the order.

Well the english that has come to my e-mail, Cause when a Order is rejected they are given the opportunity to contact the Support Team in which is us. The order was stopped at the Submission before Telephone Verification. So the order did not go through.

He did send us a, Well Polite e-mail asking why his order was Rejected. We could only really say it was his Country that was what rejected the order.

The Rating Was 53.67, But then again in my MaxiMind Account the Score was 5, We have setup that order that have a Score of 5 or Above are Rejected instantly.

Is this Ideal to have it set at 5?

* But his English seems very good!
Even though he is from Russia, is all I can say.
