I am looking for a knowledge base for WHMCS. Is there a place where you can get a general, most common, pre-created knowledge base? I want to avoid creating it myself if there is something out there I can just load on the server. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Never received any info on general TOS/Privacy statements available for download somewhere out there.

You will have to look for it through google, there are a few TOS and privacy generators, some free, some commerical. However, different districts have different laws and may not apply for your state.

Seeking a contract lawyer is the best way to go.
