You can view the template here (http://www.hophost.com/70x/ma.gif) and the logo here (http://www.hophost.com/70x/logo.gif). You will receive the Fireworks .PNG file, all fonts used, and the sliced html. Small changes can be made to the template or logo for no extra charge.
