I'm looking for something simple and straightforward.

So far I've tried WHM.AutoPilot, Blesta, and WHMCS which are all to bloated for me.

I'm looking for something simple that will handle recurring bills each month and allow me to print invoices to mail. It also needs a client area with support to take PayPal and Google Checkout payments. I don't need anything that has support for account creation / suspension etc. as I do all of that by hand in Plesk.

Suggestions are appreciated.

I use Ubersmith (http://www.ubersmith.com) - it can integrate, but I've never used it that way since I like eyeballing stuff when it goes on. It produces rather nice PDF invoices, but not in a batch print...

clientexec for me is simple enough, it have complete feature to create account, email invoicing (PDF), it can accept paypal and google checkout too.

for your requirement, what you need is: create the hosting packages, setup pricing, setup email templates, setup email settings and setup the payment gateway. no need to configure the server connection between CE and Plesk as you want to do this manually.
