Only 10GB of data transfer?

And what did you mean by:
"We only usually look at the outgoing bandwidth, but if the incoming bandwidth is higher, we'll bill based on the incoming bandwidth."

Does that mean incoming plus outgoing traffic must not exceed 10GB in order not to get charged extra? Or which ever is higher will be considered and then charged if it exceeds 10GB? Thanks.

Usually people send more out than in, that's why we look at the outbound traffic. If it's the opposite for you, we'll bill you based on which ever is higher (one side or the other, not both). You can always buy more bandwidth, that's not an issue.

Hi jkehe,

What's the price for an extra hard disk? What sizes do they come in?

How about services like hard reboots?

Also, I want to know the exact specs the server, like the brand of the parts etc.

Thanks.

To others,
Anyone can beat that offer? I'm looking for more amount of data transfer and a clear upgrade plan for the server.

We can get you whatever size drive you want. Our typical pricing for common models:

80GB - $299 one-time
40GB - $129 one-time

Two hard reboots are included, additional reboots are $20/incident... (we usually don't charge this fee unless it becomes excessive).

We usually use Intel motherboards (usually the 810 or 815 with VGA and LAN), Western Digital or Seagate Hard Drives, Micron RAM, and Enlight cases (usually 1U, but we've been having problems with heat lately).

If you have any additional questions, let me know.
