InfoBeen.com has the following positions open in the field of Customer Assistance & Sales:

Support Associate (1 open): Operate as a supervisor to the team of support assistants. Must have intermediate knowledge in the web hosting and internet access industry. Must work well as a team-player and assist the Manager of Customer Assistance. CPanel or Ensim knowledge is required. Must type at least 45 words per minute.

Support Assistant (2 open): Operates as an assistant to the Associate support personnel. Must have basic knowledge in the web hosting industry. A team player is a must. Must be fluent in Windows 95/98 features. Basic know-hows; FTP, SSH, Control Panel Login, Email accounts, CPanel or Ensim knowledge is preffered but not required. Must type at least 30 words per minute.

Sales Assistant (3 open): Must have good understanding of web site and web hosting industry. Strategic planner. Available to return emails. Must be a progressive, team-player. Previous experience is preffered but not required. Persistant in getting sales. Must type at least 30 words per minute.

Hey!

I have 2 years experience as a customer service advisor, 1 years as sales co-ordinator and 1 (intesive) year dealing with web site design and hosting. I have been into computing for over 10 years (Im 21 yrs old btw)

Where do you want people from? Im based in UK.

Maybe you should pay the current people you owe money to for doing work before you hire more :)

Adam, you never did your job. Don't come over here trying to break InfoBeen's good reputation. No company should trust you to do business with as a contractor. You're absolutely irresponsible.

I have 3 years customer service experience, 1 year quality management experience, and also 3 years technical support experience.
