For some reason u can only accept money if u register a creditcard with paypal. It doesn't matter if someone sends a banktransfer, money already in paypal, or from cc. U just need a creditcard :?
Okay so iam looking for an alternative, something that's almost used as mutch as paypal, but where u can simply accept money without giving all your creditcard information (if u at least have any). Iam willing to pay fees over the received money.
I just want to accept money from all different payments, so the company such as paypal can send me a cheque when i request it.
Is there anything out there?

You don't need to tell PayPal about a credit card to send or recieve money.

Well actually i do..
Even with a business account (yes u can have that without a cc) it's not possible to accept money.
besides cc payments i also received 'bank2paypal' and 'moneyinpaypal2paypal' and i can't accept any of them, with personal nor business account.
When i click 'accept' it fowards me to a screen telling me i need a cc before i can accept money.
I think paypal is very fund on cc information, cause it's the first company that actually needs a cc to RECEIVE money for u.

If you were in Australia I'd recommend www.paymate.com.au

Credit card/banking information is required because it is a way of further confirming the identity of the party. An email alias alone is not sufficient for identification purposes.

Hm paypaldamon is everywhere whenever he is needed, now isn't he? I hope PayPal isn't working him too hard :D
ic3d, you could check out paydirect.yahoo.com, which works similarly to PayPal, is run by HSBC bank, and doesn't require registration of a credit card.
To address the identity concern that paypaldamon mentioned, they confirm your account by sending a code via regular mail; you have to then enter that at their site before you can accept any payments.
I don't know, though, whether the service is available outside the US, or what restrictions might be in place for users from other countries.

I simply stated that you don't need to tell PayPal about a credit card. I regularly recieve money, and have only told it about a checking account (into which is has no problem depositing).
