Im not looking for offers just advice on a company that can provide the following.

I am looking for a rock solid host , good reviews , end user support would be nice but at this point optional. I also want a place that has a community AKA an active forum.

I need

10 GB space
60 GB transfer

30 or so $ range

Cpanel
RVSkin - Blue
RVSite Builder
Will move my sites
WHMCS
Will allow e107
Will move databases effectively
Will do an RDNS
Private Name Servers

MUST

have excellent communication when there are issues , upgrades burps , hiccups , isolated incidents or the sky is falling. MUST be able to show past 3-6 months of uptime records.

small off network account for emergencies , if the provider has good uptime then it will never be used.

Don't ask me about my current provider I am not inclined to discuss it right now.

Thank you in advance for the advice.

Monthly :)

I'm the same boat as you. Currently paying $30/month and not getting much. After extensive reviews, I've decided to go with Host Gator. I've compared the plans from several companies listed in WHT and also other message boards and they seem to be the best - hope I don't regret it later. :)

Even though HG oversells, they seem to be a stable enough company, so I'll just have to try them out and see. There were other companies that looked good, but they either did not offer WHMCS, SSH access, more expensive than most, or did not quite make the mark due to unavailable support and sales team.

Sure thing - I'll keep you posted. The good news was the time between signup and account creation was less than 20 minutes. As far as the account addons, that took less than 1 hr for each request. WHMCS takes longer because you need to have your DNS updated - looking at up to 48 hours depending on your registrar.
I've requested my sites be transferred and I'm currently waiting on that.
