They should be based in the US or Canada and offer a web based ticketing system as well as phone support answered in our company name. |

I have to agree with you about the phone support. Not that many outsourced companies offer it. It is mostly ticket/live chat support. One of the solutions for you might be to go wtih a dedicated team that will work just for your company. |

Echelon 06-01-2008, 05:41 PM If you're looking for somebody to do phone support as well, I'd personally recommend just hiring in your own in-house staff and setting up an asterisk server. It is the only feasible solution I can think of. |
