Hey, does anyone use www.atjeu.com for dedicated servers?

I had a dedicated server with Atjeu for about a year. I've been told they have upgraded their connection and increased the bandwidth recently. At the time, they had T1s from several different providers. I rarely experienced lag or network problems. I didn't require a *whole* lot of support, but when i needed it, they were able to help me. Overall, I would definitely host with them again if I needed to.

they use premium bandwidth providers as they claim... i was checkin' them out about a year n a half ago... n they seem to be solid... (i mean... they have been around for over a year n a half, i m guessing they were around long b4 i checked them out)... they used to give unmetered bandwidth on their dedicated servers, but i m guessing someone abused n they got burned... heh

so... all in all, i'd trust 'em... but i'd suggest only trying out small stuff first anyways just to be safe... n then start moving the bulk of ur site(s) over... heh

network = 9.5/10 (don't mind me, i m a harsh marker)
sales inquiry = 8/10 (they took like two business days to reply... but the response was thorough... and they opted to call me.. but thats probably cuz of b/w figures i gave 'em)

I've been using them for around a month now, and have been very impressed. Their support has basically saved my site, as I know nothing about servers whatsoever, and I've not had any problems with downtime or speed - it's a great improvement over what we had before.

I have 2 servers there, been 1½ yrs now. I am very happy with them. They are great in support. email support is very fast in case anything happens.

The only experience I've had with them is through email and sales and stuff, and I've always had a response within about 20 minutes.

I'm definentally looking to get a server with them very soon.

Got a server from them last week. Super professional people, very quick to respond to email and support tickets, great fast network and very reasonable pricing for the hardware you get.
