We want to know about service quality, support, server uptime status, reviews and about his staff. We saw a lot of post by his director "Mr. Chris" only. Also on there website forum. "Is Chris is only single person who manage all this. sales, support..."

Have you tried directing a few questions to there sales and support. Maybe you could do so, early morning and late night to see response time. I doubt that it is only Chris.

It is a UK based real LTD company(so it is not managed by one person). You can see their VAT number, business address and phones on the site and they provide hosting solutions for years. So it seems a reliable provider. But I cannot say anything about their uptime, support etc. If try to search from http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php when you maybe find some reviews that made about them. Good luck.

I am Chris the guy you spoke to on Sales. I do own the company and work allot on the sales & support desk aswell as doing usual company ownership tasks. I like to be able to know my customers so during office hours (and allot outside) I often log in to our live chat application.

I am not the single person, we have a team of 24x7 staff, we wouldnt be able to offer our 1 Hour response ticket service if it was just one person.
