I'm looking for a website application that lets users comment on photos, then lets other users rank or vote on comments.

I think I can do this with Wordpress and use a plugin that lets people vote on comments like JCap, but I want something that will rank the highest-voted comments first on down to the lowest voted comment. Wordpress doesn't let users vote on comments out of the box.

If there's a better way to do this please let me know. Any suggestions are welcome.
