Does this mean you have a OC-192 Connectivity in your NOC or you have a T-1, T-3 or something on UUnet's OC-192. The way you have it there seems a little odd as I think only a few have a OC-192 and that being UUnet, PSI and CW as far as I know but I could be very wrong. ;)

OC-192 in the Data Center. There is a direct link to UUNet on the 14th floor down to our Data Center on the 2nd floor. No telco loops. It is a direct fiber connection.

Very cool... To bad we are in FL and not VA any more where UUnet is...LOL I use to be there and moved here. I think the best we have in to FL from UUnet is OC-48 as far as i know but still not bad. Hell OC-192 would be killer..LOL

Wait you are with Alabanza right not your own NOC or am i wrong. Just wondering since i saw the OC-192 just got me going here..LOL Don't take me the worng way.

Becase your IP block for your site come up under Alabanza?

Yes, you are correct about our site being on Alabanza. We have a few servers with them now, and are still going to be offering Alabanza virtual hosting as well as cpanel hosting in our NOC. We are keeping Alabanza because many of our clients prefer that over cpanel. Thus, we are giving our customers a choice. Basically, the best of both worlds!

We have another server up, http://www.wh7.net that is on our NOC if you want to check the connectivity.

Due to a lot of inquiries, I would like to make some things clear:

1. We will cater a plan to your needs. If you have specific requirement, let us know and we can work anything out (as long as it makes sense :))

2. We do not own our own facility. We are partnered up with Aperian. Aperian's Phoenix location is in the same building as UUNet. They have a direct link to their backbone, hence, no telco loops. This cuts out a lot of the limitations on bandwidth and less hops as well.

3. The facility is brand new and monitored 24/7/365. Security is at its highest. All equipment is run on conditioned uninterruptable power lines and diesel generators are available in case of emergency (minimizes downtime immensely due to power).

4. You have access to your equipment 24/7/365.

5. We charge on actual transfer/month.

I hope this answers most of the questions. Please let us know if I left anything out that needs clarification.

Weinbar:
A couple of questions for you.

First, do you require contracts?
Second, is there a money back guarantee if I am not happy?

Let me know. Thanks.

Whoops, I must be retarded. I see from your original post that they are both answered. Sorry.
