I am enquiring into selling .com.au Domain names. I currently do not sell them but have been asked by a Customer if we can sell them?

You would need to check with whatever registrar you are a reseller of.

Under some strict restrictions your are allowed to do that.

What sort of Strict Restrictions??
I mean I have seen them, but are they for Gouvernment or Business Use only?
