I like the flash in the header... how much do you charge to do something like that?

thats easy to do, the flashing and lightning and all, ;), i try and include some into all my designs

nice designs...

how do i go about learning to do the little flash effects in the heading ? anyone care to show me a tutorial or two ? :)
