Ok.. i've been poking around here and doing searches on the internet and i'm SOOO confused! i would like to know who the BEST webhosting service is... i am willing to pay... as a matter of fact want to pay a reasonable monthly fee, as i have read too much bad about the free ones.

i've seen where a lot of people send these kind of posts over to the reseller forum.. but that defeats what i really want.. and that is to know from YOU the users who is best, reliable, honest!

i have a small site (it is on earthlink's free home page domain right now... actually spread between 3 or 4 of them... so it's not over 40 mb) and it does not have much traffic. i just want to get my own domain and host it...

so who do you all suggest?????

i've found LOTS of posts within the forums about who to stay away from... but i can't really find which ones are favorites!

Save yourself a TONNE of heartache and searching. Get an account from Annette at http://hostmatters.com. They've been around for ages and they know how to look after their clients. You could also checkout Deb from http://FutureQuest.Net. :agree:

some other favorites are are www.venturesonline.com & www.insiderhosting.com I've had personal experience with both and both I consider to be very good.

I certainly do hope you find a great host (i think you made the right decision)...

however, the best decision is the decision (whenever made) to move to CALIFORNIA!!! T'was born there myself.. loved it! Now in Florida. :D
