I am an Asp/Asp.Net developer and occasionally I get requests from clients who require a project to be done in php. Unfortunately I don't have time to learn php myself right now, so I just have to pass on those projects.

I was wondering if anyone could point me to a source where I can find a reasonably priced php developer who is willing to take on small projects as they come to me. I'm not interested in getting involved with the sites like rentacoder, and I'm not interested in off-shore developers. It would need to be someone here in the states that I can get to know via email/im/phone before I passed along any projects.

Again, this would be smaller projects and not very frequent, so they would have to be considered small side jobs.

Look for members from the US that have submitted PHP classes at phpclasses.org. Some of those are pretty talented and I'm sure they can help you out.

Look in the programming forum here for members that have posted helpful and knowledgable replies and contact a few. I've seen several that I would contact if I had something that needed doing.

Alternately, you could post an ad that you're looking for coders, and spell out what you want (and more specifically don't). Of those that reply, pick a few to contact.
