1. Explain more about VLAN. Is there some type of limitation on the bandwidth speed of 100Mbps, like a catch or something compared to regular dedicated servers which are switched directly?
2. how much for OS reinstall and configuration?
3. is there a money back guarantee? or free to try period?
4. do you allow proxy and Legal Adult Content?
5. Any discount if billed in 3,6,12 month?
6. What type of Control Panel do you have for free or maybe you can throw me a DirectPanel if you want :agree:
7. Do you have any reviews about your hosting company/website?

1.) That is just the ability to operate on a 10/100Mbit connection.
2.) OS Reinstalls are $25 unless it is due to a hardware issues or other special circumstances.
3.) No there is not, unfortunately if we offered a trial period, or even a money back guarantee, it would attract spammers which would cost more than it is worth to clean up after. You can however cancel at anytime without any additional fees.
4.) We allow legal adult content and personal/private proxies.
5.) That is dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for more information on that.
6.) Again, dealt with on a case by case basis, if you were to go into a longer payment period like a 6-12 month pre-payment period I am sure we can throw the control panel in for free. :)
7.) Google would be the best tool for that.
