Do you have any test file for custom2?

And is it possible to reach over 30mbps for over 20 minute? I can monitor the bandwidth allotment to make sure I wont get any overage fees so having restriction for just 20 min use if using over 30 mbps seems kinda killoff for this kinda deal. What happend if I do use over 20 min?

as for cogent is it possible to exclude that backbone provider

We sent you warning first, so if you reply saying you need that, we can always work something out.

Cogent is only included in the mix of our Custom 2, which is currently only available on our Cabinets. So you have no worry about cogent on dedicated servers.

possible to provide a dedicated 100 mbps port?

Certainly, but it will cost you a lot more. Just PM me if you want that.

We also just added 2 more coupons on Server Q6600.

Can you please explain what this line means about server 3:

- 2TB or Unmetered 10Mbps with Custom 1 or Custom 2
100Mbps connection

Is it 2tb with a 100MBps shared connection or 10MBps unmetered or what?

Exactly, you can get 100Mbps connection with bandwidth limit or Unmetered but at 10Mbps, only on our Custom Bandwidth

How much will it cost just to have a dedicated 100 mbps port?

How will you be able to work out, I mean if you do send out a warning first I cannot possible to control of what my user do on my website.

On custom 2, will you make so user will route mostly on cogent so you will be saving money?
Custom 2 got great backbone providers but the only huge cons is that cogent is included. So wouldn't it be possible to exclude cogent from custom 2?

Because you're asking us to install a 3rd party software we do not support, so we're doing the best we can. Plus, it's Sat now and you only asked for it on Fri Afternoon.

100Mbps dedicated port will be considered unmetered 100Mbps and that cost $1500

After we sent out warning, we expect user to know way to reduce bandwidth usage. It just wouldn't be fair to other cliens sharing the 100Mbps connection to have one user using up 30% of its resources for himself.

Custom 2 not currently available yet on dedicated servers. It is available on Cabinets rental.

Sorry but Setup fee can't currently be waived.

Yes but once it does become available can you exclude cogent?

if you cant do you plan on letting user use cogent more than other backbone provider so you will save money? or will u let us to have a fair use on other backbone providers?

Do you have any plan on offering 100 mbps dedicated port? like 5 usd upgrade. Most of the large company such as layeredtech, theplanet, midphase, liquidweb got their own dedicated 100 mbps port free on all of their servers so why exceptions with this one sentris?

How many customer shares per 100 mbps port?

I think it could be arranged on cogent. You're not exactly sharing 100Mbps port, you get your own 100Mbps port and the uplink on each switch is at least 1000Mbps (more can be added if needs be) which is then shared with 24-48 other users. I'm sure this is what other providers implement also. Does that answer your question?
