Any one have info on resellone.com regarding reliably and support? They seem to have pretty good pricing on SSL certs but I haven't found much on them and what I did find was complaints on their support.

Used them over a year, wasn't happy. I wouldn't bother. PremiumHost 05-22-2008, 08:10 PM Any one have info on resellone.com regarding reliably and support? They seem to have pretty good pricing on SSL certs but I haven't found much on them and what I did find was complaints on their support. I had a reseller account set up but never use it. I think the system is good for you to login and register service directly. Support response time was within 24 hours. Evolver 05-22-2008, 10:56 PM SO would they be good for manual processing of SSL certs? I already use OpenSRS for certs but they don't offer RapidSSL (Just in case a customer doesn't want to pay for QuickSSL). eLief 05-23-2008, 12:15 PM Support is bad. The API is bad. I'd recommend getting an eNom or DirectI account over them any day. The payment system is terrible, the support is quite slow, and The Planet just doesn't seem to care.
