Hi, I`m living in Norway and want to call Liquidweb. They have a toll free number (800). I`ve tried with the country code + city code, and without it. I don`t get through. Is it anything I`m missing, I haven`t called to a foreign country before.

Chances are that their toll-free number is for US residents only, possibly Canada residents as well. Try their non-toll free number.
