One more thing, you didn't notice me that you would have to order. You just let me know and told me to pay balance as soon as possible so you could get server out for me.
It's been more than 1 day and I still haven't received server so it seems you didn't do right what i ordered and expected. I sent you email to ask for refund and you said there was no refund policy !!!
With what you have been doing to me, I'm not sure that the server I'll receive can run well or not.

If I can't receive my server today, I'd claim to get my money back.

They order the server from dell and have to wait for it's arrival. You paid the $80 for them to setup the server within 24 hours after they receive the server from dell. Otherwise, it may take them up to 5 business days because of their work load.

But the people from blowouts didn't explain me well that's why I misunderstood. Anyway, until now, I still haven't received server, i still want to get my money refund.
There's one more thing, there is no Policy on Blowouts site, so I still have the right to cancel and get refund because they didn't explain carefully when I ordered. They just told me to pay off ASAP so they could get out my server ASAP. When I asked them if I would receive my server in 24h, they kept silence for almost a day and told me that I have to wait almost a week.

As I mentioned above, you have not state clearly about the delivery time of shipping and setting up server and even not have any policy page on your site. As a customer, I not expected to waiting for you ordering from server maker (but can wait for setting up the server, in case that server already in stock) - this makes the big misunderstanding between you and me. In stead of explaining to me clearly, you just keep asking me to pay ASAP then I always think i would receive the server very soon - 1 days - so i willing to pay 80$ more than original price. I expected to have the server in 1 day but now it could take 1 week, my business also affected alot because this.

I think a refund now is acceptable as both side are misunderstanding and suffer loss in business. You can sell this server to another customer but my loss of waiting for 7 days and data from old server can not be recovered, that a lot more than 410$ for this order.

If you don't have in stock the server, you must notify me to see if i agree to wait or not before asking me to pay. I pay 80$ more just for instantly have the server in 1 day as i need it urgently.

I think you understand that I need it urgently, but you choose not to tell me that you don't have it in stock and keep asking me pay for it, then now you said i have to wait almost 1 week and no refund. It's not fair for me, as your customer.

I have not receive any server information yet, so I would like you to refund now. Let's make a deal, I will not take back 80$ fee, but for the monthly fee 330$ i need complete refund.

I have been with BlowOut Hosts since one and half week. I needed a server for backup purposes so I contacted some of the companies via instant messenging, one of those was Chad. I must say he gave me brilliant deal which was impossible to refuse. In comparison to the market price it was pretty low and I've been using the server since then.

Servers are from AlphaRed so they are pretty good in performance and network is great.

I know this is very early review, I'll be posting real review after 2-3 months. :)

Please keep in mind that if you order a Cisco or Lynksys switch it is extra monthly, or you can pay a one time fee.
