I have been looking for a new dedicated server for my ensim resellers, and just yesterday I found Edge-Host.com. I had a fairly long talk with one of their staff on ICQ and they seemed to be very helpful (cheers kelser).
I just want to know if anyone else has got dedicated servers with them and if they are reliable, good network, good continued support, etc.
I would appreciate any comments on them greatly. :)

Yep I'm hosted with them. Very nice speeds for being Cogent, friendly & helpful support, bit long response times sometimes but not slow enough to make you think twice about hosting with them.

Kelsey is the owner, afaik, and he's very helpful. Then there's Alec who I think is sales staff? Then there's Jonathan Slivko(sp?) whom I haven't had much contact with.

Can't give you much more info than that 'cause I haven't used my box there that much yet :D. I'll let keep you updated though.

Well, Kelsey rushed my order because I was talking to him on ICQ. They guarrantee 2-3 days and they got it in pretty much in that time.

My only problem was that Kelsey couldn't rush it, which isn't a guarranteed expectation.

I am configuring it now....ping times are nice, and Kelsey has been pretty courteous, so as for now I'm happy.

I have spoken to Kelser quite a lot on ICQ and also Alec Bakes, they seem to be very professional and helpful. If anyone else has any experience with them I'd really like to know.
