BUT.. im interested to find out the absolute CHEAPEST place to get HIGH bandwidth dedicated or shared hosting. Something like a dedicated cogent... I was pinging my server at serhost at 94 ms yesterday from Rotterdam, which is about the fastest transatlantic ping I've ever seen :) They keep their servers at 56marietta in Atlanta.
