Hello I'm currently running Stardevelop live help on my website https://www.aaronkinder.com and was wondering if anyone knows how to enable the skype telephone support option for users to leave their number click to call style.

I think this is an upgrade option. I think you have to pay extra $$$ to get it.

Its not an addon, visit yourdomain.com/livehelp/index.htm and you'll see the button for callbacks.

They really don't have that feature documented on the website, so I'm guessing here, but this may just be it:
In the desktop messenger (requires latest), you will see at the top an 'options' button in most screens. If you don't , switch screens till you do.
When you see the options screen, click on the 'manage settings' link, then on VOIP . Fill out the appropriate info.
Now, I don't use skype, so I can't guarantee that'll work, but you should (theoretically) be able to get it working from there.

I have StarDevelop Live help and its not in their primary distributed client. Nor in any upgrades available. I see a button on their members area that is selling it to me as an upgrade.

Are you running the latest versions of the desktop and server software?
I re-downloaded mine about three hours ago, installed it and it worked straight away. I didn't even setup Skype.

its not in their primary distributed client.
Because their 'primary distributed client' is off ;) . I noticed that in the members area as well.
If you're using v2.95, then you won't see it.
If you're using v3.0x then you will.
V3 will look something like my screenshot, v2 will look completely different.
You can download both versions from the 'client login' page (not the actual members area, but the login page).
The "windows" version is 2.95
The "Windows Vista" version is 3.0.x
