Is there a way we can verify the billing address based on the Telephone number for UK orders. I've a suspicious order which just came in and unlike US order where you can just pick up the phone and call them, its a more difficult to do this

Do an IP check. send them an email...check for the originatin ip from the email...rarely spoofed...

More a case of feeding it an address and seeing if the number matches though, so maybe not quite what you want.
