Eventually, there will probably be some advertising to support the free service. There will also be premium (paid) services offered in the future in addition.

i knew it had to come someday :) other than that, its a great service. i just hope it wont cost too much. maybe a special discount for us?? ;)

Seriously, though, there are some services I want to provide that just can't be done on a free basis. An example is the toll-free account status line and the voice notification. There are hard costs incurred every time those things are used, and as nice as I am, I can't pay for that out-of-pocket forever. :)

Don't worry, though... reasonable free service will always be around, and the premium services will cost less than anything else out there, guaranteed. And yes, there actually *will* be a discount for WHT'ers... you guys have all helped me out a lot by using the system and making suggestions/reporting bugs.
