Watch out for these sites
http://2u.com.my
http://allsite.co.uk
very suspicous **** going on....
these 2 are owned by the same people, BUT allsite.co.uk does not have the Unix Plan availble, BUT! 2u.com.my has it!
wierd.....
also these guys are in like malaysia and ****...i signed up with them and it was a mistake. Slow servers, stupid support, and all kinds of wierd stuff...they canceled my unix plan and never refunded the difference of what i was changed to... (unix plan: $59 a year, NT plan: $20 a year) I didn't get 39 bucks of refund.........
anyway i would watch out
if you guys have any experiences with them, please share :)

Well, you paid them for a service they didn't provide. If they are unwilling to reimburse you the money you gave them, if you paid by credit card, you can call your bank and request that the charge be reversed. Also, you can request paypal to do the same if you paid that way.

Notwithstanding any performance/service issues you have had, the fact that both domains are owned by one organisation and offer different services is not necessarily cause for alarm. Both domains are delegated to Fasthosts so that's probably where the Windows based part comes from, but they may also have a Unix reseller account somewhere else.

is charge back a common thing with all banks?
several months ago, i signed up for a web hosting service, a few weeks later they went out of business. I went to my bank (commonwealth bank of australia) and ask them to do a charge back , the lady had no idea what i was talking about, like she never heard of charge back before or sumthin... She said once i pay something over the internet, its a done deal.
