Hello,

I am assisting a friend out who is looking for a dedicated server. I have found many companies and the best rates I have found were at http://www.webreseller.net/

I did a search but could not find much out about this company. Does anyone know much about them? I also noticed they have another domain http://www.ippro.com

If you know anything about them let me know so I can forward this to my friend.

Thanks guys!

BW

WebReseller.net is a pretty good company.
They have close to 24/7 support, a redundant network and they will try to make you happy more then other web hosts.
I don't recommend getting the ensim control panel through, if you get a server from them tell them to do a fresh install of Linux without the control panel.

What is the matter with the ensim panel? The person needing the server is a novice..

What is wrong with the Ensim CP? I use it and it is great! If you need help with Ensim Control Panels my site has a BBS Forum dedicated to Ensim.

Glad to here that. Has anyone used their reseller accounts that basically give you xx space and xx bandwidth and allow you to add xx accounts to it. I guess its like your own box but you share cpu with the other sites. Does anyone have much experience with it? I know olm also offers this.

Do you have any more information about the webreseller.net
I guess they are getting some more T3's into there data center. They provide Mon-Fri 9am - 12am support. I hope they are going to shake the market. If you have any information then please mail me...

How old this company is (webreseller/ippro)?
How many sites they have hosted so far?
So how much bandwith do they have with them now?

But with in 30 days they will be providing round the clock service. There will be someone in data center 24 hours a days. They are also going to get lines which are three times faster than OC12.

If you have any more information then let me know
:)

"What is the matter with the ensim panel?"
The Ensim panel is fine, it is just that they put software made by Ensim to share a dedicated server.
They put at least 2 people per server, that is why their prices are so low.
They also have slow connection and they are slow at peak times.
As you can see my opinion changed significantly after some very bad experience which included over 72 hours down time

We use AWD and our quite happy with them.

They are bringing in Yipes as there new backbone provider.

They are dropping 25mbps lines in there.

Overall they have many clients. We are slowly outgrowing them, but overall you cant go wrong with Robert and Paul.

Ensim is great panel, a little slow, but is really good when it comes to scalability.

Overall, webreseller is a great place to start.

Why IPPRO/WEBRESELLER is on alabanza.
Have anybody noticed this.
They are coming up and going to have good NOC.
Does anyone knows how much lines do they have or how they are connected to the backbone.
There servers are good but there speed is not that good.
How many employees do they have and for how long they are into the business of webhosting :)

We have been using Webreseller for about 3 months, after a very bad experience with AIT. Webreseller have been great, ensim is highly customisable and a breeze to use also. I recommend them to anyone.:)

Negative. I just got off the phone with webreseller.net, and asked them about this directly. I was told that their dedicated boxes are in fact one-customer true dedicated servers. What you're talking about is a virtual dedicated (or virtual private?) server, which is something else entirely.

As a customer manveen I would assume you would know all this :) We are not with Alabanza, we current have a GIGABIT Fiber connection, although we DO NOT have it turned all the way to a gig we are only using 40%.
