You have to click on the Red OK button. I got the mail instantly. anon-e-mouse 05-17-2008, 08:48 AM When you go to manage domain, and lick on: Authorization Code: Send by Email It presents a screen: You have to click on the Red OK button. That is what I did. I will give it another try. :s anon-e-mouse 05-17-2008, 09:34 AM Well again it didn't send an email . They are quick to email you when you change name servers and lock domains  Vinayak_Sharma 05-17-2008, 10:20 AM I checked it again and got mail instantly, check if mail is there in you Junk/Bulk folder, though you are getting other godaddy mails still see if somehow this particular mail from godaddy is being rejected at your server. Mysteerie 05-17-2008, 06:11 PM What vinsar said is true, could be different mail servers (if that's how GoDaddy's network is setup). Though if it isn't and you can't solve it, try giving them a ring (oh just noticed you were in Australia). They probably have a support email too, but then they might give you a canned message, I guess be persistent with the email support. anon-e-mouse 05-17-2008, 07:09 PM Well several hours later and still no email  Patrick 05-17-2008, 07:35 PM Well several hours later and still no email  It should be almost instant. Have you double checked that the email on file is correct, and by any chance do you have WHOIS privacy enabled? GoDaddy usually sends email from bounce@godaddy.com which can cause problems if your mail server does sender verification... might want to check your mail server logs or ask your provider just to be safe. anon-e-mouse 05-17-2008, 08:30 PM It is a hotmail account ;) They are quick to send mails for anything you do there in the CP. Anywho, I tried the third time and it finally came. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry :P invaderzim 05-19-2008, 03:09 AM Finally :), glad that you got it! anon-e-mouse 05-19-2008, 07:41 AM Hah, well the second domain I tried took 4 attempts before I got the code  It's going to be a slow process getting them all away from there. |
