Help!
I urgently need Richard Kirkendall to look at ticket # 90903 on my account "bluechinagroup".
I apologize for making this a public post but it is *extremely* urgent.
I tried to PM enetwork, but it didn't work.
In case anyone is wondering, yes we are 100% satisfied with namecheap.com. It's just something important that Richard needs to be aware of immediately and I have no other way of contacting him.

Can't it wait till you get a ticket reply? I too have been waiting on a reply to a ticket, but I guess they are overworked ;)

Hello BlueChina,
I responded to your ticket via our helpdesk.
Anon,
If you let me know the tciket number of your issue I can take a look and see what the hold up is. Either here or via PM is fine.

Can't you use the Private Message button and contact him directly, without having to make a public post on a discussion forum that has no business relationship with him or his company?
I sure hope these forums don't become the helpdesk notification system for namecheap customers who need "urgent" help.
:(
Imho, these sorts of threads should be closed immediately or removed.
(I don't mean this post in any way to criticize namecheap. I just think there have been more of these sort of posts recently (maybe it's just me), and it's annoying.)

For example:
WebHostingTalk.com forums are not the proper place to seek support from your vendor. If you need to contact your vendor for any reason, you should do so through their support system.
