Although I am only hosting friends and family websites, I want to be professional, as it will be good and if I do go more serious, I will have the training and the knowledge. I want people to know exactly what the PayPal subscription is for, as well as for me to know what it is for. So what is the best name to put on the subscriptions?
Business name
Business name - hosting plan
Business name - Space/bandwidth paying for
Business name - users domain
Business name - ????

I am a perfectionist so I want it perfect.

Thanks all for the help.

Hello there, a good system to use is Host Plan + Specs.

For example, if you offered a package called Silver and the specs were 400mb space and 20gb bandwidth - you could use:

Silver400/20 With this method, it will be easier to identify the exact package the customer is on as its showing the package name and appropriate specs.

Hope this helps,

Johnny.

I only have two plans basic and then build your own ($30/3GB/30GB). How about www.domain.com Space/bandwidth? but will this confuse my basic users?

Hi, we just include the clients domain name.

This ensures our client has knowledge of what they are paying for, and means we can bring up the package they are on, using the search domain function in the billing system or our DirectAdmin control panel itself.
