You could always use Paypal Pro. Although i'm not sure whether this works well with ClientExe, it does with WHMCS.

With Paypal pro you can accept credit card payments through your own site, and can still run the normal Paypal option where the client is sent to paypal's site.

Alternatively, try Google Checkout, the client will be sent to Google's Checkout web page, although it immediatly displays a place for your client to enter there card, unlike Paypal where if your sent to there site, you have to click a link or two, to bring up the Credit Card payment page.

Why do you need a gateway service to accept PayPal? Doesn't ClientExec directly integrate with PayPal?

The OP may live in a area that PP does not accept

Hi,

What is ClientExec?

If you are looking for a reliable shopping cart system the I recommend JVManager 1 or JVManager 2 (I use both) they both can use Paypal, 2CO, Clickbank, Merchant Accounts etc.

The OP is looking for a Paypal Payment gateway, and therefore we should assume he can accept PP payments?

ClientExec does directly integrate with Paypal.

VitaNetworks, from your first post, i assume you are looking into Renting Game Servers.

If you are going to use a Windows based system for your game servers, i suggest you look into the TCAdmin Game Control Panel. If you go this route, look into WHMCS Complete Billing System.

The WHMCS System cannot only integrate with Paypal, Paypal Pro and many other Payment Gateways, but it can also integrate with your TCAdmin software - You can offer instant setup for your clients, which is a big plus ;)

I don't recommend to use Google's Checkout as they will not support you if you will have chargeback.

At a minimum, Google will reimburse you for eligible chargebacks up to $10,000 per year. If your gross Google Checkout sales exceed $1 million per year, we'll protect you for 1% of those sales. For example, if your Google Checkout sales are $2 million, we'll protect you for up to $20,000.

Our policy covers:

* All sales of tangible goods that meet our content policies.
* Chargebacks resulting from claims of unauthorized purchases and non-receipt of items.

Our policy doesn't cover:

* Intangible goods, such as services and digital content.
* Chargebacks resulting from claims of defective merchandise or 'items not as described.'

As with any transaction processing service, you assume some level of chargeback risk when you sell through Google Checkout. However, when combined with your good selling practices, Google's policies and commitment to your security can help reduce your overall risk.

Nor will any other provider.

Excellent point, amusive.

Fraud checking (to stop fraudulent orders) and customer service (to minimize customer service related chargebacks) are definitely key. In terms of fraud checking, some of the automated services - frequently mentioned on WHT - work quite well.
