could you change your post to reflect the fact that for SPECIAL # 1, the 10.95 price only applys if you pay annually? that would make it a bit more clear :)

Yes that is correct, that is the cost if paid annually.

It is an additional $4.00 per month if paid monthly,
which still works out to less than .75 cents per gigabyte
for high quality multi homed 100mbit burstable bandwidth.
