Hai everyone here,
If i have had registered a domain name and hosting from any server. The registration period is expired,can anybody register in the same name which i used and expired? If not so, how do i get my old domain name back?

Technically, once the domain name expires it's open for anyone to register. However some registrars will have some type of grace period beyond the expiration listed in which you can retain the domain name registration before it goes back out on the open market. I would recommend contacting your registrar to find out the status if you want to keep the domain name.

Why not simply renew it?

Run a WHOIS check and see the status, if its in redemption persion i think you can still renew it and get it back.

If its expired it will say status: avaialble i guess
