Does anyone here have any experience using Catalogs "Free Hosting" service?

I created an account with them the other day and installed ikonboard. I was having problems getting it to work (appears as if perl isn't installed) so I checked out their discussion forums - it appears as if no one can get any CGI scripts to work on Catalog.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

I have one account with them. I installed several CGI scripts the other day, but I couldn't get it to work. It's the first time I had such problems with a web host. IMHO, I find the online support & FAQ quite useless.
