Hi,

I need a under construction page to fit the general them of our site. If you would like any of the images please PM or email me and I will send that out to you.

Basically this is the page that a new user sees or anyone going to that domain name will see first until the user site is up. I'd like it to just say under construction, tell the viewer that the site will be up, well if you use CSS I can write the text myself. But I would like it to be catchy.

If you like and you are a design copy feel free to put anywhere 'Designed by [yourname]" as text or a logo on the page with a link to your site and maybe offering some of your design service or work to the new user or visitor. We are pretty new but on an expenditure of $60 in marketing (way shoestring) over the last week we are averaging 1-2 signups a day.

We are very interested in this project. I would want only the money, and I would place no ads on your site. As for the page itself. What site is it for? Bluedoghosting? or is it another business? Is this a contest or are you looking to contract someone for the job.

Thanks for all the quick replies. It is for BlueDog Hosting. It is contract work so if you would post some URLs to previous work that would be great or if you don't have previous work maybe a rough sketch of what you want to accomplish with the page design. I just want someone to come in and design the page itself for under construction, I feel it is extremely unprofessional to have directories show up when someone signs up for a plan and before they upload any files. BlueDog Hosting has to fit prominently within the page. Under construction does not have to be, and I prefer it not, part of the main title.

Let me know what it would take money wise, and feel free to again take advantage of the offer in which you can place your logo, banner or design with a link to your site on the page itself.

I like the way it sets up, let me think about it as I would probably want to change the black background to white to fit more stuff on there maybe price plans :)

But nice...this would be pretty close to the top.

So actually let me ask this is all the images being submitted supposed to be full size pages? I was under the impression they were actual size :confused:

The way I see it is to place this image (with this size) in the middle of the page, and you're set. Maybe some information on the bottom of the page, and it's fine. It's a very quick loading construction page.
Or am I missing something? What else would you like to include on the page?

Actually I don't know what else to include on the page to be honest. I'm feeling for that certain page or example that makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up...and you scream "I WANT IT". :)

hmm a very light and short flash animation could do just that:) I could help you out with that too if you'd like. But it would take little longer.
By the way, just to get it straight:) this is a construction page for the customers that just bought your service. Is that correct?

Yes just a nice goes with the layout or theme of the site construction page. Because now when someone signs up they get a directory :( And it would be a good place to maybe give them some reminders (text area) and maybe place some ads for associated partners who offer services a new hoster may want...

Or maybe it is just me because I can't get the rest of the site or sub pages to fit in.
