Probably the best looking support ticket script I think I've ever seen actually. Ran as fast as hell too for me. Two thumbs up :) I know programmers aren't real big on design (gawd knows I've had to put a pretty face on plenty of ugly scripts in my time) but they could learn a lot from looking at that script of yours. As any programmer i based my dev and learned from other products. This script is not stolen ! Simple-support coded in PERL, and my script in PHP (so it can not be the same code...). In addition, my script has many features that can not be found in simple-support such as: file attachments etc... Maybe the design interface looks similer and there are many same features. But i not think that it says my program is bad or stolen !! The idiea of simple supprot and the features there are note copyrighhted and can not be. Actully, i think and hope that the prodcut i made is much much better than SmartSupport. I hope you all will love the script and wating for your comments and sugssetions for additional features.
