One thing's for sure. While some may find the floating brain a nice addition, it made me a bit uneasy. Now, I am not squeamish or anything, but, to me, it just didn't sit right.

Well... Search the web...try http://www.hotscripts.com
Our Supprot script priced at $950 for unlimited tech version with source code, And $450 for 1 tech limited version without source code.

Danny,

That's a fine looking script. Probably the best looking support ticket script I think I've ever seen actually. Ran as fast as hell too for me.

Two thumbs up :)

I know programmers aren't real big on design (gawd knows I've had to put a pretty face on plenty of ugly scripts in my time) but they could learn a lot from looking at that script of yours.

Danny, doesn't your script look sooooooo similar to Simple-Support.com ?

I'm not saying it is stolen, but your design and workings look way too close to think that yours is unique.

As any programmer i based my dev and learned from other products.

This script is not stolen ! Simple-support coded in PERL, and my script in PHP (so it can not be the same code...).

In addition, my script has many features that can not be found in simple-support such as: file attachments etc...

Maybe the design interface looks similer and there are many same features. But i not think that it says my program is bad or stolen !!

The idiea of simple supprot and the features there are note copyrighhted and can not be.

Actully, i think and hope that the prodcut i made is much much better than SmartSupport.

I hope you all will love the script and wating for your comments and sugssetions for additional features.

This script was origanely writen for an Isearli webhost: http://www.intervision.co.il .

Just took a look at simple support so I see what you mean.. I got 500 errors left right, and center trying theirs out though...
