Do anyone here at WHT use MyDomain.com? I paid for a domain yesterday, and the money has gone out from my paypal account, but still no domain.
On my account page my domain is not listed, and on the billing section it's only says that my invoice is pending.

But I have got a recipe from paypal telling me:

I opened a ticket yesterday, asking when my domain is ready for use, but still no reply. I opened a new ticket today, and still no reply.

Have I made a mistake ordering a domain from MyDomain.com?

i have used them for years, not 1 issue.

Always if i purchase a domain its instantly available.

Strange, why are they not replying on my tickets then? I get the autoreply, so my SPAM filter is not stopping their mails.

I did not get a .com domain, but a .es domain. But it's still strange that it's now showing up on my account after more then 24 hours.

Sounds like a ccTLD country domain that may require manual or additional processing by MyDomain to register.

$39.98 on the MyDomain site corresponds to .es
Am I right?

Yes it's a .es domain. When I check the domain on other domain registrars the domain is still available, so something is not right.....it's now around 36 hours since I registered the domain.

And still no reply from MyDomain.com on my two tickets.

MyDomain/Dotster don't appear on the registrars list for .es. They must be reselling through a Registered Agent. 36 hours is too long.
If you can't get a response perhaps you can register thru a Registered Agent and get your money back from MyDomain later?

Hmmm, it's a risk then. If I do that, I can loose my money I paid to MyDomain.com, and then it will be a very costly domain..

Can you call them? Also check your junk email folder as they might have a different email for the auto responder.

I don't have any SPAM filter on the mail account I'm using for my domains.

I'm not so good in English that I want to call them. But if I don't get any reply tomorrow, maybe I will call them.

I got a reply from them now, but still no domain.

The domain xxxxx.es has been authorized but has not yet been completed. Please looking out for any emails you may receive from the .es registry that you may need to confirm to complete approval.

I HAD in the past a .es domains with them, same day. I transfer to moniker.com for better price.

By the way are reasonable the mydomain.com guys, but at the moment i have with them only non important domains, and 3 or 4 medium important, around 40 - 50 mainly for price with the 5 coupon he have in the past.

buy the domains .ES in CDMON.COM, very cheap and good services
