over the last week or so, i've clicked on that email button underneath each post to ask questions of the various hosts/resellers/etc...

i have never received one reply and was wondering if that thing even works.

any insight would be appreciated.

Ya it works. Maybe they are just not interested in your buisnes...

now that thought had crossed my mind a few times but i don't know why. i have a personal site and host sites for about six clients but my sites are mostly text based with a few flash files and the total bw usage is usually under 200MB per month.

i guess i'm naive and don't get it.

EDIT: but i've used that to email neatoelito, acunett, and a couple of others.

maybe the other poster is right. whichever happens. i need a new home for these domains up and running by 6pm CDT tonite and if i don't...man...i don't know what i'm gonna do.

Are you sure your email is correctly listed in the WHT user cp?

yup..i've gotten plenty of emails sent to me from here. i get the pm alerts and the whole shooting match. the only thing i can think of is that the button doesn't work or like the guy said, they don't want my business.

It works fine. The person whom you mailed may not be interested.
