The drop down menu is part of phpmanager and although we dont accept Paypal as yet its part of that menu and we will be removing it shortly.

No . it is the complete answer to the paypal question that keeps popping up .. no problems there at all ! It's in your TOS, the answer is NO paypal, regardless of the options on your regpage.. . s
