Yes, that is definitely possible, you can compile PHP to whatever configuration you require.

No, it is our basic full management, it is reactive and covers issues with the OS and control panel, we don't do daily administration tasks for you like setting up domains etc, that is the clients responsibility, but if you break something, we can fix it normally without extra administration fees.

The PLUS suite is cPanel only and includes monitoring services with automated reboot requests within 5 minutes, as well as unlimited admin time/tickets. With that we can do virtually anything to the server as well as install/configure third party scripts and firewalls.

That isn't something we have actively developed at this time, however it is on our list of things to do. It wouldn't be included in any management plan, but when it is available we will offer it at either a per month price, or per ticket.
