I need a little assistance as I have absolutely no knowledge of html short of installing message forums.
what I am trying to do is the following this is a example of how my site would look and what I am mainly trying to accomplish
1 you would go to my site and see the I agree and do not agree
screen
( I would like to find some simple software that could create this:)
2 Now there is a online application that must be felt out
which I have created at the end of the application is place for
people to upload scanned copies of their valid id
3 I would then receive the application with copies of is in my email
to look over, furthermore I want a be able to set up
a auto respond so that if a certain question is answered wrong
that person would receive a email saying that you but you do not meet requirements.
I want to run this on my own site not a third party's site
are there any applications that I can get that would
do the work for me or can anyone tell me what kind of programs
I need to look for also I want to do this my self i am just ttring to get a ideal of what kind of software I need to do the job.

Passing confidential information through email is not quite a good idea. You may need a script that will have this information uploaded to the site and stored in a location outsie of the root folder of the website.

Maybe do an email notification to when something is submitted, then you must login to get the information that was submitted.

Also, while doing this, a SSL certificate should be used.

I have been looking for nearly a year for something that requires scanned id
during registration process, I have even tried dating software and have tried getting a very simple mod to add a upload feature to the custom profile oftion in phpbb or smf forums software I can't find nothing and I can not get my site up and running without it.

All I will be useing it for is verfacation and for to the person to prove that serious about becoming a realiable member.

Why would anyone upload their id online? All of the id theft, no way. A good indication would be that it doesn't currently exist. Government, banks, no one does this. I'd imagine you could set up a form to upload an attachment. Not trying to be a jerk. Just wanna save you the trouble. Even if you scripted something up, only a fool would upload jpegs of their id.

Hmm it sounds like you are trying to post job opportunities on your site (or something similar) though I know it sucks to use a third party the truth is that more of less you don't have to generate the traffic to your site, handle security, or updates/changes to the code. Unless you have a ASP/PHP programmer on staff you are asking a lot and probably won't be cost effective in the long run if you buy a solution. Also remember any private information you collect you are viable for as posted above, and you may very well generate less turnover for requiring it.

Truthfully though it seems low-tech, just post a pure HTML page with the requirements listed and tell them to email their resume to you and that candidates not meeting the requirements WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
