Normally I would use paypal as it seems the most popular and can accept such small sums.

thanks boonchuan,

my aplogies, I forgot to mention that im here in the middle east. I did consider paypal but unfortunately I cannot transfer funds from paypal to our bank accounts here. So I am trying to find out other options.

The local payment processors here have hight costs involved.

There is a few others, but I myself have not used them. Providing them as a reference for you. http://money.cnn.com/galleries/2008/fsb/0802/gallery.paypal_alternatives.fsb/index.html

might i add in general (USA Clients) with smaller $15 or less dallor trasnactions should go with a merchant account with a higher discount rate in return for a lowered transaction fee. for example a discount rate of 2.5% with a 19 cent transaction fee will be $0.04 cents cheaper for you to process a transaction than a 2.15% discount rate and a .25 cent transaction fee.

Also if you have a lot of foreign transactions, ask for a higher qualified rate in return for a lower non-qualified rate
