Dear HostingCon staff,

On 5/7 I went to your HostingCon website and I paid my ticket. Unfortunately somekind of MySQL error appeared and seems you charged the credit card but not processed the ticket order.

I sent a ticket to your support:

Ticket ID: PWP-982420
Subject: did I pay well?
Department: HostingCon
Priority: Medium
Status: Open

Today, 5/9 I still didn't get a reply and I'm starting to be upset. If you weren't HostingCon I would think I've been scammed.

I also cannot belive no one else is complaining too.

Any advice?.

Try sending a PM (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=6959) to DaWiseMouse (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=6959) here on WHT. Frank is the COO of Interjuncture and I'm sure he can help you out.

It probably would have been helpful to include some identifying information in your support ticket - your e-mail address, registrant information, etc.

Just to note we have contacted him via email, the issue is you are the only person who has had this issue so it is hard to fix what we cant find wrong.. Frank

Hi, thank you for your answer. I understand that if happened a weird error it is hard to resolve. However, I would like to know if my money arrived correctly to you and if yes, how can I get a welcome e-mail with information or how to proceed with my ticket to attend HostingCon. I am a bit lost here... your website isn't very clear to me.

As stated in the trouble ticket that George replied to, he is looking into it to try and find your payment and recreate the bug you found, you should hear from him by Friday as to whether or not your payment went thru.
There is no Ticket btw, once successfully registered you will get a confirmation (which may be manual due top the bug) and then anyone who registered in advance will receive their badge via snail mail if in the US, else you go to the registration desk on site at the show and pick up your badge and such.. Ahh, thank you for the clarification and info. Just another question, I would like to pick the badge in the registration desk and not get it via email, should I send a ticket to support?.
