I am looking for several nice and clean templates for my *future* website on UC Berkeley.

Some hints might help you:
- marketplace for ucb students
- housing for ucb students
- students form study group and discuss with each others on message forum (vBulletin).

Deadline: September 23, 2002

There will be at least one winner by the deadline, no matter if I like it or not.

I'll give $25 for each template that I take and retain ownership.

One more thing I want to clarify.
This template has nothing to do with web hosting.

I'm looking for UCB environment templates, where their could be landascape, buildings, students, or anything related to UCB.

I have a design I created for a school district in California going unused, but it's gonna be way over 50 bucks

If you want a professional layout it will cost at least $100. Or you can download free from sites.
