I'm amazed that prospective customers don't search for threads first before signing up. One search for this host should reveal several interesting threads.

You could PM their WHT rep - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=160228

I have been with them for months and didn't just sign up. All the time there service have be very good with very good server performance.

i trust there is just a small problem as all my sites are fine. i put the post here to try and resolve the problem not to pull them apart. A search on just about any hosting company will reveal a lot of things but as it seems not everybody always get what they want so complain.

Wonder what host you represent?

i am waiting my reseller welcome mail about 7 days but they didnt be online about 7 days.

i made a papal dispute, i advise you to make a backup of your files.

I suggest you to backup all your sites and prepare for the worst.
Maybe you can contact their representative at :wht:, but I doubt it would be effective.
Try giving them a call as well.

I have already made a back up all my domains +-60 accounts. i noticed when you goto support there is mention of a license key that have expired.

For the last 2 months since they moved to another server the support haven't been as great as it use to be. i complained but Kevin assured me that the business is fine.

A few days ago i wanted to use fantastic and it appeared not to be active and been waiting for response on a ticket. i visited WHT and saw somebody about a purchase they did and then started my backups.

i am a monthly client but it amaze me why guys just drop everything and vanish. Not sure if a person can contact the data center to find out what is happening.

i have a VPS with LW and will just do a reseller account on that as it comes with cpanel/whm and move my accounts there

i am slowly loosing faith in smaller hosting companies as i have been with so many. When there is problems all they want to do is refund you for your loss if no backups or they just drop you without warning

i am aware LW had a few problems a week ago but i got on the phone, spoke to support and sales and they were polite very helpful and i even got credited for this month which is not bad in my eyes. They also do off site backups with your VPS, comes with full support so i rather now pay more and can then sleep a bit better at night.

If i ever use another reseller apart from my own if i cant phone the company it is not worth the risk as my clients is more important to me

i am sure there are some good guys out there but to me pronto was one of them but .............

When i do a tracert i end at datacenter-dallas.com just before the server. Is there a way to establish which datacenter they at. At least that way if there is a real problem we can warn other users

There may be providers with detailed and feasible contingency plans, but most just assume the best. The owner (and sometimes an employee) can be a "single point of failure".
