Hello I have seen that Utropicmedia.net offer their reseller web hosting in the US, Asia and Europe-based datacenters.
I wonder if they are subject to US laws.
I just worry about some clients' sites which are under development at the moment. Better safe than sorry.

What type of sites are your clients hosting that you're worried about violating US laws? If it's something legally questionable you may find it hard to get a reputable host.

Online stores mostly, I don't think there would be anything illegal about them, just wanted to make sure as laws may be difficult in Europe and USA.
