When I decide to buy a reseller account, how many people would I need for handling support issues? This is for when I just am starting out....I really don't know if I would need more than myself.

I'd start with just yourself and build out according to volume. Good luck.

I agree with Steve. Build out according to the amount of work.
With the right setup, you may find yourself able to handle the majority of the load for a great deal of time.

There are reseller account offerings that include end user support.

Innohosting.com comes to mind for this, great host. I've used them before =)

crshman: thats a good avenue as well. hopesfall: If your plan is email only support, you will need to communicate your SLA for ticket responses. Many of the larger hosts only have 24 hour SLAs for ticket turnaround.
