I've rent a dedicated server from 1Paket.com, the most expensive one with 500GB HDD. There is no any limitation information in their page, so i bought a server for my own site. After a while, i realized my upload speed is almost 500KB/sec maximum. When i conacted the service, they told me my host was limited because of torrent using. There is no any warnings in payment and advertising part of the process. After proposal and payment, i realise the situation. They didn't payback to me, and i'm so aggrieved and stranded so muchly. I'm warning everyone about their policy, be aware.

We mean with that detail, your line is not dedicated. 20 Server shares 100 mbit line. The complete bandwidth on your host is inbound. There is no more space for upload, when you don't stopp the torrent activities.

You've recently closed my server, I think because of your 'illegal' torrent activities bull shi t. First of all, you blocked my line as you NEVER mention in your awful-designed site, but you did, and now this. As I've mention that to you before, if you don't allow this activities in your server, you can easily pay my money back and this business could be ended forever. But you, money thieves, you didn't pay my money back and and this agreement could be over forever. But what did you do? You choose to close my server WITHOUT any notice. You can NOT do that.

If I paid its money, I can use it until the billing day. This is my right, laws are giving tihs righ to me. Again, if you pay my money back, you're this is a criminal case and you're absoulety money thieves. Again; if I paid I've my rights to use it till my money guarantee. If you want to close my server before the billing day, you HAVE TO PAY my money BACK. If you don't this is a crime because of breaking the laws. I hope you realize your mistake, or this case was going to a shame and criminal situation to you. Your choice, pay back or pay with reputation and by law.

you know this is here not a support case. We said you on the last time in support e-mails, stopp the illegal activities or we close the host. Excuse us, but we can't tollerate a customer, who don't accept the policies of ours, the product information, the laws of germany and the laws of europe. The same copyright laws for software/movies are in turkey.
Your position is not a "money back" case and you know this.

Just a comment here.
If the customer break the TOS,the company have the ABSOLUTELY RIGHT to take down the server AND NOT PAID ANY money back.
